Return Policy

Equipment

Returns are accepted on equipment purchased through our website if returned within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in New unused condition in original unopened Packaging. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Parts & Supplies

Returns are accepted on Parts & Supplies purchased through our website if returned within 30 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new unused condition in original unopened packaging. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Special Order Items

All special orders are final. No exceptions. These items will be identified in your cart, order summary, and receipt by *** Special Order ***

Damaged or Defective Products

Halliday Sales inspects each order prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. If you receive a wrong item or a damaged item please contact Customer Service immediately.

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect please contact us to initiate a warranty claim. Warranty will be provided under the terms and conditions of and subject to approval by the original manufacturer. The brands that we carry have detailed warranty information available on their websites. If you have any questions pertaining to a manufacturer’s warranty please contact Halliday Sales Customer Service.

Refunds

Halliday Sales processes refunds once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected by our returns department. Halliday Sales will deduct the original shipping and handling cost from your refund, and the amount will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Shipping

Equipment, Supplies and Parts ship by UPS or LTL freight carrier of our choice to the Continental United States. We make every effort to get you your item quickly; we usually ship with in 24 hours of payment.

Some items may be will-called in Huntington Beach, CA during our regular business hours. We do not stock everything in Huntington Beach, so please confirm availability before attempting to will-call an item.
